Do you have physical stores?

Can you ship to my country?

We ship to Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa, Central and South America.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Mail Boxes?

Sorry, orders can only be shipped to residential or commercial addresses. No mailboxes or PO boxes are allowed.

When will my order arrive?

Most products ship in 7 working days, but handmade or made to order items such as Masks or Katanas can take up to 30 days to ship. Please look to the information of the product you're purchasing to learn how many days it will take to ship your order.

After orders ship, delivery time depends on your country and other factors that are not controlled by us. All orders are shipped using Fedex, UPS or DHL.

My country has import taxes. Are they covered?

Shipping fees do not cover import fees or customs taxes that shipping carriers may apply to customers before orders are delivered. Some countries tax imported goods, and they require the recipient to pay additional charges before the product is delivered. It's the customer's responsibility to clear all customs procedures and pay any local import taxes or additional charges. If you're not sure if your products will be delivered without additional taxes by your local regulations, please contact your local customs department or post office.

Can I return a product?

Sorry, we don't allow returns or refunds after we ship your order. Please read more in our Terms & Conditions page. You're welcome to contact us if you have questions before you decide to purchase any product.

Is this store secure?

Yes, all transactions are powered and securely processed by Shopify.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use any of these payment methods: Visa, Master, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

What happens if my item is defective?

You must contact us with photos or a video as soon as you receive your order or within 3 days after delivery. If an item you've purchased arrives damaged or is proven to be defective due to manufacturing problems, we will ask the carrier to collect it from you. You'll be entitled to either a refund or replacement once the defective item is returned to us and inspected.
